Bob is the Chairman and CEO of North American Management. He brings more than twenty five years of capital markets, investment management and executive management experience to this role. Bob is a Managing Member of North American Fiduciary Services, LLC, and is a member of the Firm's investment committee. He was a Founding Member of Holyoke Partners LLC, which manages funds of hedge funds. His background also includes founding WST Partners, a global investment manager. Prior to this experience, Bob held executive management positions at BankBoston and senior corporate positions at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. He is a Trustee of Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and is a graduate of Harvard College.
David is the former Chief Investment Officer of North American Management and shares leadership responsibility for the Firm's investment and business development strategies. David is a member of the Firm's investment committee. He joined North American Management from Berents & Hess when the firms merged in 2001. David's previous experience includes roles at Rivendell Capital, Cilluffo Associates LP (an event-driven hedge fund), PNC Financial, and Lehman Brothers. David is Chairman of the Board of Seacoast United Soccer Club. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of The Boston Security Analysts Society, Inc. David has a BS in Finance and Investments from Babson College.
Blake is the Chief Operating Officer of North American Management. He is a Managing Member of North American Fiduciary Services, LLC. Prior to joining North American Management in 2008, Blake managed the operations department for Mintz Levin Financial Advisors where he also served as a member of the Firm's investment committee. Earlier in his career, Blake was responsible for overseeing the operations of an institutional money manager, Acadian Asset Management. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Park Street School and Park Street Kids. Blake earned his BA from Bucknell University and his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Blake is a CFA charterholder and a member of The Boston Security Analysts Society, Inc.
Fraser is the Chief Investment Officer for North American Management and has leadership for the firm's investment strategy. He previously served as Director of Asset Allocation and Portfolio Management. Fraser is a member of the Firm's investment committee. Prior to joining North American Management, he spent several years on the portfolio management and trading teams at Acadian Asset Management. Fraser earned his BS from Union College and his MS from Boston University. Fraser is a CFA charterholder and a CFP® professional.
Lea Ann oversees the wealth management team. She works closely with clients to design and implement customized financial and estate plans. Most recently, Lea Ann was the founding member of Garrison/Knight Financial Planning, LLC. Previously, she was Chief Administrative Officer for a private equity group within Morgan Stanley, Controller for the Guggenheim Museum, and a Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP. She earned her AB from Stanford University. Lea Ann is a CFP® professional and a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
